Binta's Kitchen Baobab Breakfast Semolina Porridge

Smooth, creamy, delicious, and healthy with a touch of baobab. This will certainly fill you up on chilly mornings. Quick and easy to prep and deliciously creamy results. Baobab adds fuel to your morning as its packed full of vitamins and minerals to slowly release energy throughout the day. It’s so easy to make and is ready in about 5 minutes! see full video

Ingredients:

2 cups of milk
1 cup of warm water
1x Binta’s Kitchen Baobab powder
3/4 cup of semolina
Dried fruits and maple syrup for toppings

Method:

1: Gradually add equal parts of water and milk to semolina and whisk.

2: Keep whisking until smooth.

3: Add three tablespoons of Binta’s Kitchen Baobab powder and whisk in.

4: Top with dried fruits and/or maple syrup

We recommend teaming your delicious breakfast bowl with figs or berries, or served with a dollop of maple syrup, but you can of course serve them with whatever you like, most important of all enjoy!
